      The hardest one.

Most people will be kinder to a stranger on the bus than they'll be to themselves at 3 a.m. The voice in your head that wouldn't let you say that to a friend is running unchecked on you every day.

Self love isn't vanity. It isn't a spa day. It isn't a mantra on a sticker.

It's the decision to stop keeping a ledger against yourself. To forgive the version of you that didn't know what you know now. To believe the good things other people say about you instead of arguing with them. To take care of the body that's carrying you through this whole thing. To say the kind thing to yourself first — because the way you talk to yourself eventually becomes the way you walk through the world.

You can't pour from empty. That's not a slogan. It's physics.

The Self Love line is for the people who are tired of being their own worst critic. For the people who want to practice being kind to themselves out loud, where the mirror can see it.
