FAQ

What does PSTV mean?

PSTV stands for "Positivity." We dropped the vowels because the message doesn't need them — and neither do you. Stay PSTV.

Who started PSTV?

Carter Davis — outside linebacker #46 at Stanford, returned missionary from Peru, and the oldest of five siblings. He started PSTV in 2020 because he believed the world needs more positivity. He was right.

Where is PSTV made?

Everything is produced in Eagle, Idaho by our local fulfillment partner. Made in the USA, shipped from Idaho.

What's the difference between the embroidered and printed pieces?

Our "Child of God" collection features raised embroidery — you can feel the letters. Everything else is screen-printed. Both are built to last.

Do you donate to any causes?

Yes. A portion of every "You Matter" sale supports mental health awareness initiatives. We're building partnerships with organizations like AFSP and TWLOHA. Details coming soon.

Can I be a PSTV ambassador?

We're building the PSTV Army — an ambassador program for people who live the message. Stay tuned for applications, or DM us @getpstv on Instagram to get on the early list.

What's your return policy?

Free exchanges within 30 days. Full returns for unworn items. See our Returns page for details.

Do you offer bulk or group pricing?

Yes — for youth groups, teams, campus organizations, and churches. Email us for bulk pricing on bracelets and apparel.
